In-Situ Observability

At PARADIM in-situ observability provides insight into the elemental composition and crystallization process, and is essential to rapidly optimizing new electronic materials.

We have a range of equipment mobile between equipment for in-situ observability, including mass spectrometers, a Hi-Spec tube camera to observe chemical reactions in high temperature furnaces, such as during vapor transport, in addition to the dedicated imaging cameras on the optical floating zone furnaces.

A TGA/DSC provides thermogavimetric analysis and differential scanning calorimetry data from 25 C to 1500 C under a constant flow of Ar, N2, O2, and Air.

A hyperspectral camera provides the ability to measure entire spectra across the UV/Vis/NIR region during in situ growth (instead of the RGB channels provides by typical color cameras).
