PARADIM users, Dongxue Du, Patrick J. Strohbeen,  and Jason K. Kawasaki, were awarded the JVST B | NAMBE 2019 Best Journal Paper at the 35th North American Conference on Molecular Beam Epitaxy.  The paper was published in the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B, March 2020.
